Research On Drug Films.

REQUIEM FOR A DREAM
The majority of reviewers characterized Requiem for a Dream in the genre of "drug movies", along with films like Trainspotting and Spun. One of the filmmaking techniques in Requiem for a Dream is the use of rapid cuts. Whenever the characters use street drugs, a rapid succession of images illustrates their transition from sobriety to intoxication. This gave us ideas for when we wanted to films shots of the character actually taking the drugs on the effect it has on her.

FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS.
We found that in this film that was strong theme of drugs throughout ,especially focusing on the hallucination effect of taking drug.






SCARFACE
A typica example of a classic drug film, known for its richness in extreme violence, frequent strong language and hard drug usage.
